They don't know what they're doing over at camp redemption.

Political torture wrapped up as religious fervour.
Bright young things heady with idealism and shiny new weapons.
The big guys hoping it'll all stay neatly swept under the rug.
And all of it forgiven.

Talk from the Opening Night. Artists Talk About Their Work.
Wednesday 19 March 2008, 7:00-8:30pm, in the Gallery Space.

Facilitated by Sandra Atkins.

Sandra: Bex isn’t here to share her personal journey through, I don’t know if those of you who have been able to interact with it might want to share a little bit about what you found with it.

Kath Taylor-Kemp: Over the past few years, some of the pieces that I’ve interacted most closely with are they tiny ones, I think its because you have to stop and get down to their size and really focus.  I don’t know Bex at all, I don’t know if there’s sort of an ironic humour to this, but I loved it and trying to point the flashlight in there is fantastic and I think it’s great.
